Nida Allam is a Durham County, North Carolina resident who has served on the Durham County Board of Commissioners since December 2020. She holds a bachelor's degree in sustainable materials technology from North Carolina State University (2015) and previously worked as a political director for Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign.
