Richard (Rick) Brattin is a Republican member of the Missouri State Senate representing District 31, a position he has held since January 6, 2021, and he is a candidate in the 2026 Republican primary for U.S. House in Missouri's 5th Congressional District. He is a Harrisonville, Missouri resident and a graduate of Lee's Summit High School. He previously served three terms in the Missouri House of Representatives (Districts 124 and 55) from 2011 to 2019.
