George Gluck (Democratic Party) ran for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 6th Congressional District in 2026, losing the Democratic primary on June 23, 2026 with about 1.4 percent of the vote. He was born in Czechoslovakia and lives in Rockville, Maryland, and his career experience includes working as a mathematician and software engineer. Gluck earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Brooklyn College in 1967, a master's from Johns Hopkins University in 1969, and a master's from George Washington University in 1981.
