Rudolph "Rudy" Moise is the Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Florida's 24th Congressional District in 2026. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 1954, he is an osteopathic physician and attorney who earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and MBA and JD degrees from the University of Miami. Moise served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon and attained the rank of colonel. He previously lost the 2012 Democratic primary in the same district to Frederica Wilson.
