Eleanor Norton

Eleanor Holmes Norton represents the District of Columbia as a non-voting delegate to the U.S. House, where she has served since 1991. A civil rights attorney by training, she previously served as chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under President Carter and was a tenured law professor at Georgetown University.
