Barry Dean Loudermilk (born December 22, 1963, in Riverdale, Georgia) is the U.S. Representative for Georgia's 11th Congressional District, a seat he has held since January 3, 2015. He served in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1992 as a communications operations specialist, then founded a company called Innovative Network Systems, Inc. Loudermilk served in the Georgia House of Representatives (District 14, 2005–2010) and the Georgia State Senate (2011–2013) before winning the 2014 Republican primary for the House seat vacated by Phil Gingrey.
