Ayanna Pressley is the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 7th Congressional District, a Democrat who took office January 3, 2019. She previously served as an at-large member of the Boston City Council from 2010 to 2019, and earlier worked as an aide to U.S. Representative Joseph P. Kennedy II and U.S. Senator John Kerry.
